R -v- SM and another. Sheffield Crown Court. Adam Law Solicitors represented KE who was charged with another with Arson with Intent to endanger life. The investigation related to an arson attack of a house belonging to the grandmother of a member of an alleged organised crime group.  It was the Crowns case that the arson attack was gang related.  SM relied upon the defence of duress. After trial SM was found NOT GUILTY of Arson with Intent to endanger life.
