What Happens Next?

DEFENDANT ACCEPTS FAULT

If the Defendant accepts responsibility, we will negotiate the maximum amount of compensation on your behalf. Your claim is settled.

DEFENDANT DISPUTES YOUR CLAIM

The case goes to court if agreement cannot be reached.

CASE WON

You will receive compensation ordered by the court.

CASE LOST
