R -v -MS Nottingham Crown Court. Represented MS in a two hander Possession of a Firearm and ammunition with Intent to endanger life. The crown’s case was that MS and another discharged a firearm outside a residential address. The case involved extensive Telematics, CCTV and Forensic enquiries. The Prosecution subsequently agreed to lesser charges of Possession of a Firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. The Case attracted media coverage.
