R -v -AH – Sheffield Crown Court

R -v -AH – Sheffield Crown Court. AH had been charged with Possession with Intent to Supply Class A drugs namely crack cocaine and heroin. Under the sentencing guidelines, the prosecution placed AH in a Significant role where the starting point of any sentence was 4.5 years custody. Adam Law put forward powerful mitigation where successful submissions were put to the court that AH’s role fell between the lower end of Significant rile and higher end of lesser role which led to AH receiving a Suspended Sentence.
