R -v -LR – Leeds Crown Court. Operation Charlie Diagram. Represented LR in a multi hander, large scale Conspiracy of an organised crime group to supply Class A drugs namely Heroin cocaine and Possession of Firearms . The complex investigation involved telecoms evidence, namely telecommunications data, surveillance, covert audio footage and interception of prison phone calls.  The case was split into two trials due to the number of defendants. The case attracted media coverage.
